Zucchini, Pumpkin Seed, Dates, Avocado, Cacao, Pea Protein

I will admit, I was a bit concerned with this one. 


The zucchini gave me serious pause. Its not really my favorite vegetable with a meal, mostly because its kinda bland, but im realizing that is really its strength in this situation. I really didn't know what to expect here, but I guess its closer to a slightly less sweet frozen cappuccino drink. The cacao is all you really taste here and I suppose the very light sweetness is due to the fig. The cacao is also what hits your nose first so you are expecting chocolate and thats pretty much what you get. The texture is.........gritty. I was mindful to blend it particularly well and I think that was the right move, still the texture marks it clearly as health food. Still, ill gladly drink this one again. 


Follow up: Yesterdays drink left me feeling a lot more satisfied throughout the afternoon. I attribute that mostly to the inclusion of the avocado. Ill be paying particular attention to that aspect to see if a pattern emerges. It would be something to keep in mind for the next order. Dooks continue to be satisfactory. Maybe a little lower volume and frequency. As with the weight loss, there are a lot of variables at work there so I am not giving too much credit to the smoothies one way or another. Still, it hasnt created any noticeable distress.

Ive skipped acouple of these, due to the weekend and some work stuff, but there wasnt much to report. Allie said one of them tasted like med...
